This mixed-media piece captures how subtle colors begin to emerge from the snow come spring. The rocks start to heat up and glisten in the sun. Then the river started to flow freely from the ice. Some small sprigs of green vegetation pop out, fueled by the snow melt. Spring is my favorite time of year. Everything feels new, refreshed, and reset. There is a vibration of hope and potential for the summer ahead.
